Stuck and Loving it.

Three days into 2011 and my mantra for life has already had a work out.

I am currently sitting in the shade waiting for a tow truck to arrive, and although it may sound like an undesirable situation to be in, I am reveling in the happiness that is the gold coast, a sunny day, sandy feet, real friends and the ocean breeze. If there's anywhere I would wanna break down it would be here. This years first hurdle and it is AWESOME! If this is a taste of what is to come I am going to have a toothy grin for the next 362 days.

'Fall in love with tiny things, everything' - A phrase from my Mantra.

I know I had promised the photo's from my drunken mess of a new years, but as I am using an iphone, and the iblogger app isn't up to speed with things, ill have to post them tomorrow! For now it's alot of enjoying the small things.

New Year.

Tomorrow night is new year's eve. One more night of the year 2010. I can't end my dates with '10, say that 'i've only turned twenty this year, im not old!', tell of stories that happened this year and how i remember when. In a matter of seconds it is a whole new year. A new start.

2011 will be my year. It will be my oyster, my dreams and accomplishments. A twenty-one year old me, an adult.

my mantra

find variations of yourself in literature

meditate on small actions

put tiny moments in special places

immerse yourself in culture

run in the direction of your fears

amplify your desires

hug closer

believe in the magic of the moon

don't contain your love

sleep soundly

dance often, make it genuine

bubblebaths

make art, lot's of it

fall in love with tiny things, everything

sleepy skin

red eyes

no lies

just love

This will most likely mean nothing to any of you but this is who i aspire to be in the new year. The attributes i hope to add to my list of things 'about me'. Oh i cannot wait.
